I had cancel three months ago and they still charging me 16.99 a month on my bank account, I been trying over and over to cancel and I do but still getting charged.

Is this Prime NOW LLC? ID #81-353****
I was sent a W2 in the amount of $50.00 for year 2022.
I DID NOT WORK FOR PRIME NOW LLC or PRIME LLC.

It seems prime may not be worth it. It’s seems like my stuff comes :3 to 4 days later. So why pay for prime? Also my Subscriptions all seems to be late again so why have a subscription?
Cant get my Subscriptions are delayed almost every 2 weeks. But I get a message saying it will be late or not get it at all!

Money was taken out my account
I canceled my services a month ago and money keeps getting taken out of my account. I would like a refund for unused services.

I was taken advantage of!
A call I made to Amazon was rerouted to a third party who claimed to be Amazon security staff .
I lost $100.00 from my gift card balance and $500.00 from checking account.
An attempt to assess my credit card was unsuccessful per my talking to banking personnel!

Late Script
I have several scripts and they cant get this right! I am going to cancel my prime cuz it still takes days to get them.
Why pay for prime when it takes days to get them? I know the shortages are crazy now but for a script to come every 2 weeks and says now it can take as long as 3 to 4 days to get here???
Just super pissed off!

Light did not work.
I was sent the replacement but now they say they are going to charge my credit card. The rep told me to throw away the carotid battery/ light .
I did keep it in case but did not send/ amazon. Should not be charged!!!
